02-12-09 Impressionism

Ok y'all, I'd love to hear your feedback on this one. There was some camera shake when I took it so came out a tad on the blurry side. I still liked it though so gave it what I would consider a bit of an artsy treatment. Sort of "Monetish". What the heck, lets see if anyone can guess what it is.
